Program Highlights & Accreditation
The Accelerated MBA/MPH in Health Care Management at Yale University is an innovative, 22-month joint degree program, noted as the first of its kind in the United States. It combines intensive study at the Yale School of Public Health (YSPH) and the Yale School of Management (SOM). The program aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to become leaders in health care organizations globally.
Delivery Modes
This is a full-time, on-campus program. Coursework begins with an intensive summer session at YSPH, followed by studies at both YSPH and SOM. The program is designed for accelerated completion in 22 months.
Curriculum Overview
Students complete a minimum of 14 course units at YSPH and 52 course units at SOM. The curriculum includes core coursework in both management and public health. Full-time students at YSPH must carry a minimum of 4 course units each semester.

This joint degree program requires that applicants apply and gain admission to both the Yale School of Public Health (YSPH) and the Yale School of Management (SOM).
