Program Highlights & Accreditation
The Master of Public Health (MPH) online degree program at University of Bridgeport, offered jointly with Goodwin University, prepares public health practitioners for complex local, national, and global issues in contemporary public health. It provides a relevant and innovative competency-based curriculum designed to develop marketable skills for current and emerging leaders in the field, promoting inquiry, health, and well-being.
100% online program delivery, offering flexibility to students.

Delivery Modes
The MPH program is delivered 100% online, offering flexibility for students. It features an accelerated timeline, allowing completion in 12 to 15 months for many students (time to completion may vary by individual). The program structure includes six start dates throughout the year, and courses are delivered in 7-week terms.

University of Bridgeport also offers an accelerated 4+1 MPH degree track for undergraduate Health Science students with a concentration in community health. This enables eligible students (those who have completed 75 undergraduate credits and maintained a GPA of 3.0) to earn both their BS and MPH degrees in only five years by beginning master's-level studies during their senior year.
