Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (recommended GPA of 3.0 or higher).
Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
Personal statement.
Two letters of recommendation.
Resume.
A statistics course is highly recommended but not required. Work or volunteer experience in public health is suggested. Standardized tests like the GRE or MAT are not required. The application deadline for the summer start (end of May) is May 1.
